Your wellbeing is our concern

Perhaps you’re far from home or it’s late at night. As this resource is online, advice is always at your fingertips. It’s also useful when you’re not quite ready to call our helpline. It’s simple, secure and available 24/7.

Offering self-help fact sheets and a wealth of information focusing on life events, milestones as well as crises, this resource library is here for you whenever you need it most.

In addition, as an ICE member, you can access the 24hr helpline if you need support with any topics not covered in the online resource library. Don’t forget to check the ICE Benevolent Fund website for more information about the services available for you and your family.

How does it work?

We are an independent counselling and advice service, provided by ICE Benevolent Fund.

It is available for you and any family members who are over 16, who live at your address.

You can talk to us anytime, completely confidentially, about whatever is on your mind. You may want to talk to someone because you are struggling, feel worries, frustrated or distressed or you may need some practical advice from our experts.

This website also provides you with information, links and other useful websites for issues that you may be facing in regards to law & rights, emotional help, work, health, family, older people, money, relationships and addiction.

If you can’t find what you are looking for, don’t hesitate to ask us.
